We're Hiring: Senior Ad Content Strategist (SENIOR ROLE)

Are you someone who instinctively knows why one ad scales while another flops? Do you think beyond making content look good and focus on creating content that actually converts?

We're looking for a Senior Ad Content Strategist to take ownership of our advertising and content strategy across our growing international hair extension brand.

This isn't a social media management role. You won't be responsible for posting content or editing videos. Instead, you'll lead the strategy behind what we create, guide our content team, and ensure every piece of content is built with performance in mind.

What you'll be doing:

- Own and drive our paid ad and content strategy across multiple platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, messaging, hooks, and frameworks that convert.
- Lead and mentor our content team by providing strategic direction and feedback.
- Optimise content across video, social, and website channels.




- Help shape the future direction of our brand's advertising and creative output.

What we're looking for:

- Senior-level experience in ad creative, content strategy, or performance marketing.
- A proven ability to create or lead content that drives measurable business results.
- Experience working within a larger brand or established company.
- Solid understanding of Meta, TikTok, and performance-driven creative.
- Someone who can teach, coach, and elevate a team— not just execute tasks.
- Own the strategic direction of a fast‑growing international brand
- Work alongside a passionate, creative, and collaborative team
- Make a genuine impact on how our brand grows globally
