At Hoopla Kitchen & Bar, we are building a destination for families, food lovers, and people looking for a fun, energetic experience.

With the exciting launch of our brand-new Hoopla Pakenham Kitchen & Bar venue, we are searching for an experienced, passionate, and hands‑on Manager to lead our venue from day one.

This is a genuine leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced hospitality environments, understands modern café/restaurant operations, and takes pride in building solid team culture, systems, consistency, and quality.

We need the right leader to execute it at a high standard while building and leading an exceptional front of house team.

THE ROLE

As the Front Of House Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the venue, including:

- Leading, training and developing staff

- Running efficient, high‑quality service periods

- Managing rosters, labor and controllable costs

- Overseeing stock control and venue operations

- Maintaining food safety, OHS and compliance standards

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Working closely with senior management to drive performance and culture

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll be expected to lead from the floor, set standards and build a strong team culture.

Weekends and public holidays are essential.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous management experience in hospitality or entertainment venues

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Passion for training and developing staff

- Experience with rostering, labor management and basic financials

- Calm under pressure and highly organised

- Energetic, reliable and professional

- A strong focus on customer experience and team culture

SALARY & BENEFITS
