We're partnering with a global market leader to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across Cairns, Townsville and Mackay.

With accountability for a $35m+ portfolio, this is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching people, building customer relationships and delivering commercial results. Specifically this will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8 sales professional
- Driving revenue, margin and market share growth
- Building and strengthening key customer relationships
- Leading major tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies
- Driving accountability through CRM, forecasting and performance management
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.

You’re an experienced sales leader with:





- A proven track record leading successful sales teams
- Strong sales coaching and people leadership capability
- Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
- Experience managing complex customer relationships
- The ability to influence, challenge and inspire others to perform.
