Your opportunity at FIELD

You’ll work closely with our crane inspectors, turning their technical findings into clear, accurate reports. There’ll be templates and workflows to guide you, but you’ll need to learn when to chase missing details from our inspectors and clients.

You’ll manage a portfolio of reports and work to deadlines, so staying organised and focused is key. You’ll also provide scheduling and coordination support for the crane team when needed.

Ideally, you’ll be familiar with “crane language” and have experience in the crane industry. For example, as a maintenance administrator or service coordinator.

This is a permanent position offering 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours. If you’re looking for flexibility to accommodate school hours or other activities this could be a great fit. Our crane team would prefer the hours spread across five days, but we’re flexible with start and finish times.

What you’ll bring

- have experience working around cranes, lifting equipment or other plant in an administrative or coordination role
- handle information professionally and treat client data with care




- be proficient in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
- take pride in your work and have strong attention to detail
- write clearly and concisely (we’ll provide templates, and training in our writing style)
- be able to work independently and use your judgement to know when clarification is needed
- be organised and comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines for yourself and the team
- communicate confidently with clients, our crane inspectors and engineers
- have experience in document control.
