Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Relevant tertiary health qualification and/or equivalent experience within a hospital environment and/or NSW Public Health System.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, liaise, negotiate and consult effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of acting as an advocate for positive patient experiences and participation in healthcare decision-making.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and policy, including patient rights and NSW Health Complaint Management Guidelines.
