BlueScope's Lysaght in Canberra is seeking a hands-on Despatch Team Leader to guide a three-person team and keep despatch moving safely and accurately on the floor. You'll lead daily operations, coordinate with production, transport and customer service, and spend most of your time on the shop floor, with some admin and planning tasks to ensure on-time customer orders and a positive, safe work setting.
