Responsibilities

- Provide safe and effective clinical support to elderly residents, including medication administration and personal care assistance.
- Work closely with registered nurses, personal care assistants, residents, families, and allied health professionals to ensure individual care meets residents’ needs and respects their dignity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical orders.
- Monitor residents’ health and well‑being, and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

- Current enrollment as a nurse (EN) registered with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated competency in medication administration.
- Police record check (or in process of obtaining).
- Prior experience working in aged care (desired).
