Who this role is for you

- Have high emotional intelligence and self‑awareness

- Can build trust and rapport with ease

- Are confident being a mentor, role model, and guide

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting clients in daily living and community access
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social inclusion




- Mentoring clients toward personal goals and growth
- Delivering person‑centred, strengths‑based support
- Maintaining clear, professional documentation

You’ll need

- Experience in disability or support work (preferred but not essential)
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check or NDIS Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- A genuine alignment with our values and culture
