Experience with Best Practice

Experience in a health care setting
Minimum 1+ years customer service experience required
Availability to provide annual leave/ sick leave cover on an as needed basis
Neat & qualified presentation
Willingness to learn and grow in the health care industry
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and welcoming them into the clinic
Collecting & entering patient details into the database
Scheduling appointments
Answering telephone calls & enquiries
Processing payments and Medicare rebates
Liaising with medical practitioners, support staff & other health providers on a daily basis
Administration support & other adhoc duties
Maintain and respect the privacy and confidentiality of all patients and staff
