General Powder Coating Labourers / Sandblasters – Ridgewood Powder Coating
About the Role
Ridgewood Powder Coating is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers and Sandblasters to join our team in Marcoola.
These roles are ideal for applicants who enjoy hands-on work in a busy industrial workplace. Experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right applicants.
Duties Include
Hanging and preparing products for powder coating
Sandblasting and surface preparation
Loading and unloading materials
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Assisting powder coaters and production staff
General factory and workshop duties
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in powder coating,
sandblasting or manufacturing preferred
Ability to work in a physically demanding setting
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transport and punctual attendance
Ability to work safely and follow instructions
