AAMGis currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Schedulerto join our team on a mine site operation.
This is an excellent chance for a motivated professional to play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring the productive execution of weekly maintenance plans across a large mobile equipment fleet.Working closely with the Planning Superintendent and Maintenance Planners, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability, reliability, and operational performance.
About the Role
Build weekly and daily maintenance schedules across mobile and ancillary equipment fleets
Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and maintenance stakeholders
Ensure work is scheduled in line with maintenance strategies and operational requirements
Monitor schedule compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Liaise effectively with site personnel to ensure efficient work execution
Contribute to ongoing improvements in maintenance planning and scheduling processes
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Current HA/Coal Board Medical & Standard 11
Previous experience in Maintenance Planning and/or Scheduling within a mining environment
Experience working with large HME fleets, including mobile, ancillary, and field equipment
Exposure to systems such as SAP (highly desirable)
Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
The ability to work effectively within a cooperative team environment
