Job Title: Female Senior Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Female Senior Support Specialist to work with clients with multiple diagnoses in an all-female home setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality support and care to clients in need, with a robust understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and a outstanding understanding of mental health.
Skills
Strong understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Understanding of mental health issues
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support and care to clients with multiple diagnoses




Develop individualised support plans for each client
Assist clients with daily living activities as needed
Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisorMaintain accurate records of client interactions
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Disability Support Worker or similar role
Certificate III or IV in Mental Health 0r Disability Services
Current First Aid certificate
Mental Health first aid certificate
Valid driver's license
