MMG Rosebery is seeking a highly organised Housing Coordinator to manage employee accommodation across Rosebery, Tullah, Zeehan and Queenstown on the West Coast of Tasmania. This role will be based at our Burnie office with travel to site when required.
Key responsibilities include managing leases, housing allocations, inspections, property records and SAP purchase orders, plus liaising with landlords, HR and maintenance to coordinate housing requirements.
