To be Successful you will have:
Demonstrated experience supervising major construction or engineering projects, with a strong understanding of contract administration and project delivery.
Sound knowledge of construction contracts, including managing variations, contractual claims, requests for information and dispute resolution processes.
Proven ability to conduct site inspections while ensuring compliance with contract documentation, quality standards and relevant legislation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and clients.
A current Australian Driver Licence, with the flexibility to travel between project sites and effectively manage multiple priorities.
