Requirements for this role:
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Carpentry or Joinery




Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively face to face, in writing and via apps and email
Ability to mentor junior tradesmen and apprentices to assist with the development of their skills
Lead our team members in the factory and on site
Read, Understand and interpret construction joinery plans
Stay calm and focused under pressure to keep the fabrication on schedule
Valuable time management skills
Fit, healthy and eager to work
Punctual and Presentable
Role Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the Production Manager to manufacture high quality commercial joinery and manage on site installations
Use a variety of machinery, electric and hand tools
Communicate with Project Managers regarding site requirements / site measurements
Think outside the box with fabrication methods
Be available to work Mon-Fri 7am 3.30pm plus overtime when required
Be willing to work in the fabrication warehouse (Edwardstown) and on site
