What You'll Do
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and pastas to a consistently high standard.
Handcraft doughs, sauces, and fillings from scratch, using fresh, quality ingredients.
Collaborate with the team to design and deliver seasonal specials.
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure kitchen workplace.
Manage prep efficiently to keep service smooth during busy periods.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a pizza chef,



pasta chef, or similar role in a busy kitchen.
Strong skills in dough preparation, pasta making, and Italian cooking techniques.
A passion for flavour, presentation, and consistency.
The ability to work well under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
