About the Apprenticeship
Statewide Apprenticeships is currently seeking a motivated individual to undertake aCertificate III in Telecommunications Technology, with a solid focus on electronic security systems.
This apprenticeship is perfect for someone passionate about security technology, eager to learn how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, alongside key telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
CCTV installation and maintenance
Access control and security systems
Structured and customer cabling




Digital reception technology
Optical and wireless networks
Telecommunications networking
Radio communications
General maintenance and project work
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
Has a keen interest in electronic security systems and technology
Is committed to completing an apprenticeship
Holds a valid Australian driver's licence
Is physically fit and ready for hands-on work
