Spano Group is an award winning independent family supermarket retailer with over 30 years retailing experience, currently looking for aQualified Butcherto join their enthusiastic and passionate Meat department in our Stanthorpe store.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Butcher to commence immediately.
This hands-on role will suit a fit energetic person looking for a secure position within the supermarket industry.
From preparing and presenting prime cuts and providing exceptional customer service this role is a pivotal role within the store.
Key Tasks
Must be a trade qualified butcher with experience in either supermarket or an independent Butcher shop.
Deliver high retail standards within the Meat department
Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
Operation in a safe manner observing workplace health & safety procedures.
Be customer focused.
Applicants will be required to work a rotating 5 days per week roster with the rest of the meat department.
The successful applicant must be able to provide a copy of their Trade Qualifications.

Essential
Australian Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent
