About Your Role
As ourPractice Manager, you will:
Manage the daily operations of a busy GP Clinic
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team
Drive efficiency, growth and patient experience excellence
Implement systems, workflows and best practices from the ground up
Work closely with doctors and other stakeholders to build a thriving practice culture
Achieve and maintain successful practice accreditation by developing practice policies and procedures and ensuring continued compliance, as required.
Skills Required:




Proven management experience in General Practice or healthcare management
Proven experience in financial management, human resources and practice accreditation compliance
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Confidence with billing, Medicare and compliance
Experience with Best Practice Software (desirable)
