Senior Qualified Plumber – Recent Homes Specialist (Leadership Pathway)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Qualified Domestic Plumber to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

Based in Pakenham, we are a professional, close-knit plumbing business specialising in quality domestic new home projects. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship, supporting our team, and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

About the Role

You will be involved in all aspects of new home plumbing, including but not limited to:

- Below-ground drainage and sewer installations
- Rough-ins and stack work
- Water, gas, and drainage systems
- Fit-offs and appliance connections
- Final commissioning and handovers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation

Leadership Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to step into a leadership pathway, supporting the team and helping maintain our high standards of quality, including:

- Leading by example onsite
- Supporting and mentoring plumbers and apprentices
- Reviewing jobs and checking workmanship
- Assisting with problem-solving and providing guidance
- Helping keep jobs running smoothly and to schedule




- Being a key link between the plumbing team and management
- Assisting with improving and systemising processes to help the business run efficiently

We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, accountable, and enjoys helping others succeed.

It's a bonus if you are systems-driven:
Experience using tools such as Google Drive or similar platforms, and an interest in improving processes, organising information, and helping create better systems within the business would be highly regarded.

Requirements:

- VBA Qualified/Registered Plumber
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a qualified plumber
- Strong experience in domestic new home construction
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A willingness to take ownership and step into a leadership role
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
