Our client is a leading construction services consultancy operating across the design and construction sector, delivering high profile commissions for a range of blue‑chip clients. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team.

About the role

Reporting to the regional manager, you will be a key member of the project team, responsible for driving the broader design and construction team through all phases of delivery, from project initiation through to final completion.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the design and construction team across assigned commissions
- Manage consultant procurement, contract administration and fee tracking
- Chair and minute Consultant Team Meetings, User Group meetings and Project Control Group meetings
- Prepare and review Project Reports, Risk Management Plans and Master Programmes
- Oversee tender documentation, contract execution and contract administration through to Practical Completion and Final Completion
- Certify payment claims and manage variations in accordance with contractual requirements




- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to business development activity, including case studies, networking and market awareness

About you

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction, infrastructure or project management consultancy environment
- Experience in planning aide, CDC, DA’s & planning portals
- Strong contract administration and programming capability
- Confident communicator with proficient professional writing and presentation skills
- Sound commercial acumen and decision‑making ability
- A collaborative, client‑focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Genuine interest in developing towards senior project leadership
