BIG W is seeking an experienced eCommerce Leader to drive digital experience, fulfilment and a quick, seamless checkout. You will lead rostering, leave, succession planning, training and recruitment while fostering strong relationships with customers and the community.

You will oversee online order fulfilment processes, ensure orders are dispatched within SLAs, and manage sales and budgets in a rapidly evolving digital retail environment.
