Overview

Our Snooze Tweed Heads and Bundall stores are seeking a Sales Assistant to work at both locations. This full-time role offers a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential. The successful applicant will deliver unforgettable customer experiences and contribute to the store’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities

- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Provide customers with expert sleep solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand
- Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor
- Champion store presentation and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills

- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Natural relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
- Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals
- Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
- Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
