- Providing support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels.

Qualifications

- Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Positive understanding of food safety concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
