We are partnering with a large Facilities Services Provider looking for a number of Technical Facilities Managers in Perth to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable, protected, compliant, and fully operational.

The Role

Lead and coordinate maintenance operations, optimising asset performance while leading and managing a small team and ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of direct and contract staff across a number of sites in WA.
- You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Building Services plant (including dry fire), HVAC and Plumbing service delivery.
- Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
- Oversee contractor safety and compliance,



including SWMS and adherence to the company’s Risk Protocols.
- Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
- Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
- Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.

Requirements

- Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure an NV1 Clearance.
- Have a Cert III (Electrician or HVAC Trade).
- A valid Australian Driver’s license.
- Be able to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
