Fully Promoted Midland is looking for a motivated Sales & Production Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key link between our customers, suppliers and production team, ensuring every order is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

Whether you're helping a customer choose branded uniforms, preparing quotes, coordinating production or following up opportunities, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As our Sales & Production Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to final delivery. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure orders run smoothly while building long-term relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, online and in-store.
- Preparing quotations, processing orders and following up sales opportunities.
- Assisting customers with branded apparel, promotional products and business branding solutions.
- Coordinating production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
- Maintaining customer records, job files and production documentation.
- Supporting showroom presentation and merchandising.
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content, showcasing completed projects, promotions and new products, while helping maintain our online presence across social media platforms.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives,



customer communications and promotional campaigns.
- Assisting with quality control, packaging and dispatch.
- Learning and assisting with production processes including embroidery, heat press and DTF decoration.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You'll be organised, proactive and able to keep multiple jobs moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

- Experience in sales coordination, customer service or sales administration.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:

- Branded apparel, promotional products, printing, signage or embroidery.
- Preparing artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
- Embroidery, heat press, DTF or other garment decoration methods.
- Production scheduling or workflow management.
