FMS Group is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join its Shutdown Mining Division, supporting site operations on a 4 days on/3 days off roster. This casual, site-based role involves handling project documentation, compliance tasks and records management across Bowen Basin mine sites.

You will work closely with Shutdown Supervisors and Coordinators, contribute to toolbox talks and safety discussions, and ensure accurate timesheets and documentation are maintained in a rapid-paced
