Accounts Clerk | AP, AR & Payroll

We are currently partnering with several reputable organizations across the city seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Full-Function Payroll roles.

Key Responsibilities
Depending On Your Specialisation, Your Day-to-day May Include
Accounts Payable: End-to-end processing of invoices, statement reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
Accounts Receivable: Allocating incoming payments, managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Payroll: Processing weekly/fortnightly pay cycles, managing superannuation, and ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
General Accounting:



Assisting with month-end reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar finance or transactional accounting role.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, MYOB, or Zenith).
Robust attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
