The Maintenance Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical workplace within the Arcare facility.




Your Key Responsibilities Will BeFacility Maintenance: Overseeing and performing regular maintenance tasks throughout the Residence.
This includes inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
Painting, plaster work and repairing of walls
Repair and maintenance of windows and door hardware
General garden maintenance
Safety and Compliance: Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing equipment used in the facility or outsourcing to external companies.
Skills & ExperienceAdaptable, passionate and willing to learn.
Cooperative and skilled at teamwork.
Basic Plumbing
Painting and patch work of walls and ceilings
Basic electrical knowledge and cabinetry skills
