About the Role
Lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals and exceptional dining experiences for residents.
You'll oversee menus, budgets, ordering,



and food safety while mentoring the kitchen team and ensuring consistent, compliant service.
What You'll Bring
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a diploma-level qualification in a related field
Leadership experience in commercial kitchens
Menu planning and budget management skills
Strong food safety knowledge
