About The Opportunity

As a Site Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our job sites.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating a team of tradespeople and labourers on site
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Managing the allocation of resources, equipment and materials on site
Monitoring work progress and maintaining high-quality standards daily
Facilitating communication between all site staff and the management team
Assisting with on-site training and mentoring of all junior site staff

About You





The successful candidate will have:
A robust trade background with supervisory or leading hand experience
Excellent communication, leadership and solid problem-solving skills
A Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential) is highly desirable
Your own vehicle, a valid driver's licence and reliable daily travel
Ability to commute within a 20-minute drive of the job site each day
Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the surrounding regions
Strong work ethic with the ability to lead and mentor your own team
