About the Role
You’ll be supporting guests with:
Personal care & daily living routines
Community access, outings & fun activities
Meal prep, household tasks & active support
Medication assistance and documentation
Supporting people with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies
This is a casual role, perfect for someone who loves flexibility and variety
We’re Looking For
Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
Confidence supporting behaviours of concern
A positive attitude, reliability, and outstanding communication
Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, supportive setting
You’ll Need
NDIS Worker Check & WWCC
First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence
Ability to follow support plans & complete documentation
