About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and qualified Caregivers to join our palliative team.
You will provide in home care to individuals living with life-limiting or terminal illnesses, helping them remain secure, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.
The focus is on improving quality of life by supporting our clients through their final stage of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised in-home care and support to clients
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and families
Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals as part of a care team
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
About You
Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Experience in aged care, community care, or palliative care (highly regarded)
A caring, empathetic, and respectful approach
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
