Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team on lifestyle roster day/night shifts at one of our Australian operations.
You will drive secure, effective maintenance across planned and breakdown activities and strengthen maintenance execution across the site.
You will mentor and develop supervisory staff, coordinate with the Superintendent to improve planning, standardise processes and foster continuous improvement while upholding safety and operational excellence.
