We're seeking experienced Section Waiters with a strong track record in premium & fine dining to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our recent high-end restaurant called The Steakhouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to elevate their dining experience
Provide outstanding food and beverage knowledge and service
Recommend and pair wines to suit the food selection
Seamless service and communication with the team
Take part in training sessions to continually upskill

Ideal candidates will have:
A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests




Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations include 3 plate carry.
Interest in food, wine, and up-to-date dining culture with good understanding of wine, service and recommendations to guests
2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a premium dining restaurant.
Confidently present menus, dishes, and beverages, leading our guests through their experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
