A market-leading banking and finance practice is seeking a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its Sydney office.
You'll advise private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, refinancings and other complex financing transactions, working alongside one of the strongest finance teams in the market.
Requirements:
3+ PQE.
Leveraged or acquisition finance experience.
Experience gained at a leading Australian or international law firm.
