Jason Warren Racing is looking for a hands‑on Foreperson to join our Mornington stable team. This is a key leadership role working with a great team and quality horses, with number growing from 16 to 21 horses. Hours:

- Approx 5.00am - 10:30/11.00am, 6 days per week
- Plus 2 afternoons per week

Role Includes:

- Managing reliable operations and staff
- Medications/treatments (IV experience preferred)
- Monitoring horse health and ensuring work is completed correctly
- Overseeing smooth, efficient trackwork
- Managing Mornington jumpouts (Wednesdays) and off‑site jumpout/trial prep
- Liasing with office for race day logistics (gear, strappers, floats, cars)
- Race day duties available if desired

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced in a foreperson/stable leadership role
- Driver's Licence + towing experience
- Treadmill/swim experience
- Detail focused, reliable, punctual
- Takes pride in horses, staff, stables and equipment
- Loves racing and chasing winners as much as we do
- Not a clock watcher, we want a dedicated leader who will put our horses and our team first and be passionate about the success of the stable.
