We are looking for qualified HVAC Technicians with commercial HVAC operational experience who are interested in transitioning to a BMS Trainee role. The role is a 3‑month structured onboarding program.

Qualifications
- Qualified HVAC Technician with commercial HVAC operational experience.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Passion to drive front‑line safety identification and resolution.
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Sydney area.
- Current right to work in Australia.
