They are looking for Solid Plasterers to work as part of established site teams.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Duties may include:
Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, patching and applying bonding agents as required
Mix and apply coats of plaster, render and cement using recognised techniques for uniform coverage
Cut, shape and position plasterboard sheets, securing them to walls, ceilings and supporting frames
Install beads, trims and mouldings to strengthen corners and add decorative detail
Prepare joints, gaps and fixings with plaster compounds, smoothing surfaces to a professional finish
Apply decorative finishes including texture coats and solid plaster to the highest standard




Calculate and order material quantities accurately to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
Maintain a safe work environment at all times, adhering to WHS policies and site requirements
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
Keeping your work area clean, secure, and compliant
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
Use of hand and power tools in a construction environment
General site duties and coordination with other trades
Maintaining a secure and compliant work area

Skills & Experience
Relevant trade qualification or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential construction environments
Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and in a team

Salary Range: $79,500-$85,000 pa + super
