About the Role
We are growing and looking for ahands-on, Groundsmanto join our team.
This is a dynamic, outdoor role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality turf maintenance across a range ofcommercial and residential properties, including sports fields.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Precision mowing (reel mowing, zero-turn, and commercial equipment)
Brush cutting and edging
Green waste clearing and removal
Weed, pest, and disease control
Sports field line marking
Turf preparation and laying
Irrigation installation and maintenance
Secure and productive operation of turf machinery (mowers, hedgers, blowers, and hand-held equipment)
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands what "next-level presentation" looks like.
Essential:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Solid work ethic and reliability
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Commitment to delivering high-quality results
CurrentClass C Driver's Licence
Not Essential but Desirable:
Experience maintaining sporting fields or high-end turf
Knowledge of reel mowing and skilled turf equipment
Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture, or Turf Management (or working towards)
