Job Description
Assist with installing metal roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashings, gutters, downpipes and rainwater systems
Measure, cut, fold and fabricate sheet-metal products using hand and power tools
Assist with installing roof drainage systems in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications
Learn to interpret construction drawings, roofing plans and specifications
Safely use ladders, scaffolding, elevated work platforms and fall-protection equipment
Develop valuable roof plumbing skills through practical, on-the-job training
Start and finish directly from site using your own vehicle
Undertake a full time apprenticeship
