We're currently recruiting for aProject Scheduler / Plannerthat will interface with the Project Management and delivery teams to coordinate, manage and oversee project and program schedules relating to a variety of Rail Infrastructure works.
Based in Melbourne CBD, this is a contract role through to March , with the possibility of extension.
Roles and Responsibilities
Construct, maintain, and manage project / program schedules in P6
Oversee and monitor schedules, review vendor and project team updates, analyse and report on critical paths, variances, risks, and dependencies
Assess updates and changes to project schedules, evaluate against key performance metrics, and prepare progress reports
Establish and maintain an effective schedule review process, ensuring positive version control, housekeeping, and communication of timelines and deadlines to stakeholders
Skills and Requirements
Prior experience working as a Planner, Scheduler, Project Controls Specialist / Engineer etc.
Proven experience in schedule management, including establishing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying risks




Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Experience with project delivery in rail, infrastructure or similar heavy industries (manufacturing, mining, defence, aviation, aerospace, automotive etc.) would be valuable
