About the role
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant at Bill Robertson Toyota, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
This full time role is based in Gladstone, QLD and is an integral part of the sales team, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences
Demonstrating vehicles and explaining their features and perks
Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to meet individual and team targets
Processing sales paperwork and ensuring a smooth transaction for the customer
Participating in our Social Media videos to promote our vehicles
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the Toyota product range and staying up-to-date with industry developments
Collaborating with the wider sales team to support each other and achieve collective goals
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry




Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience
