Job Description
As an Apprentice Fabricator, you will:
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of equipment and components.
Learn to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings.
Gain experience using fabrication machinery and workshop equipment.
Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work environment.
Work closely with experienced tradespeople to develop your skills and knowledge.

About the Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our small and dynamic team at our brand-new Perth workshop.
Working alongside qualified tradespeople, you will develop practical skills in reading and interpreting structural drawings and fabricating equipment to a high standard. You will also gain hands-on experience using a range of fabrication machinery, including our CNC waterjet cutter.,

Is committed to workplace health and safety requirements., Preference will be given to applicants who have completed or commenced a relevant pre-apprenticeship or can demonstrate proactive steps towards a fabrication trade career, including:
Certificate II in Engineering Pathways.
Certificate II in Engineering (Light Fabrication).
Pre-Apprenticeship in Engineering - Fabrication (Sheetmetal).
Relevant work experience, practical training, trade-related projects, or hands-on industry exposure.
The following will also be highly regarded:
Previous welding experience.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Exposure to fabrication, welding, manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or construction environments.
Current Forklift Licence.
Current Manual Driver's Licence.
