About the role
In this role, theCustomer Projects Coordinatorwill be the primary customer contact throughout the product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
managing customer requirements and expectations
monitoring project milestones, budgets & schedules
proactively managing risks, scope changes and issues
building/maintaining solid customer relationships & partnerships
overseeing job write-ons and quality standards.
liaising with our Production Manager on scheduling & forecasting
generating purchase requests while adhering to company policies.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rightsessential
Min. 2+ yearsprevious customer service experienceessential
Previous project coordination or manufacturing experience (electronics industry experienceadvantageous)
Strong organisational skills + ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to undertake occasional inter/intrastate travel
Degree in Business, Engineering or relatedhighly regarded but not essential.
