The Role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training and developing your sales team while driving dealership performance and maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

You will work closely with senior management and be supported by a business that genuinely wants to see you succeed.





What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Consultants
- Driving dealership performance and achieving sales targets
- Coaching staff through daily training and development
- Managing stock presentation and sales processes
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to delivery
- Working closely with senior management to continue growing the business
- Building a positive, high-performance culture where people enjoy coming to work

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or high-performing 2IC
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team
- Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A passion for coaching and getting the best out of people
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Current manual driver's licence
