Senior Physiotherapist
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this crucial role to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD). You will work with a fabulous team of Allied Health Professionals and get the opportunity to step into a position where no two days are the same.
As the Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:
- The provision of a comprehensive physiotherapy service
- Working collaboratively and where appropriate lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer in the optimum environment and facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service.
- Maintaining personal and professional development by participating in evidence-based practice activities, training/ education, clinical supervision and performance reviews
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (until 02 August 2026)
Position Classification: Physiotherapist ? Level 3
Remuneration: $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Our ideal candidate will:
1. Hold a Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
2. Advanced knowledge, skills, clinical experience and ability to provide patient-centred, evidence-based Physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas and a willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
3. Excellence in communication skills, including the skills required for interacting constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
