As a member of the Primary Leadership Team, the Head of Teaching & Learning (Primary) provides leadership in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across Reception to Year 6. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Head of Primary, this role focuses on enhancing teaching practice, improving student outcomes, and embedding the College’s Learning Principles and Learning Framework. This includes leading the implementation of effective pedagogical approaches, high-quality assessment practices, and the strategic use of data to monitor student progress and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
