We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer with proven experience delivering AI and GenAI solutions from concept through to production. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on expertise in building, integrating, and scaling AI-powered applications, including LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and machine learning solutions. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Python and modern engineering practices.
- Build and deploy AI/GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and AI orchestration pipelines to support intelligent business workflows.
- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models into enterprise platforms.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources, implementing ingestion, processing, embedding, retrieval, and reasoning pipelines.
- Drive AI solution architecture, performance optimisation, observability, governance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud-native deployment, automation, and DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience





- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Strong API and backend development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including vector stores.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimisation.

Highly Desirable

- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, evaluation frameworks, and model observability.
- Experience in banking, financial services, cards, payments, lending, or regulated industries.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices.
