Earlyhood Executive are seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead a welcoming, high-quality early learning service in Beveridge, Victoria.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations
- Drive continuous quality improvement and support the centre's QIP
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Manage centre operations including occupancy, staffing and budgets
- Support professional development and succession planning within your team

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director (2+ years)
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Child Secure Standards
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality education and care
